In history and scenery images, the Yangtze River is recognized in China as the Cháng Jiāng or the Yángzǐ Jiāng. In estimate, it is the longest river in Asia and the third-longest in the world. As noticed, this river is the longest in the world that flows entirely in only one country. Based on geography, it drains one-fifth of the land area of the People’s Republic of China.
