Now, he is the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China and also the President of the People’s Republic of China. He holds the top offices of the party and the military and the head of state via the office of president. Malcolm Bligh Turnbull was born on 24 October 1954. He has been known as an Australian politician and served as the 29th Prime Minister of Australia. He is a leader of Liberal Party since 2015 and the Member of Parliament (MP) for  Wentworth from 2004. He joined Sydney Grammar School before he want to the University of Sydney. Next, he got Bachelor of Arts and bachelor of Laws degrees. After that he joined Brasenose College, Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar and he got the degree as Bachelor of Civil Law. Prior to join politics, he worked as a journalist, lawyer, investment banker and venture capitalist.  Started from 1993, he was the chair of the Australian Republican Movement being served in this position till 2000.
